Since 1994, Tikva has helped thousands of Jewish children in Ukraine who are orphaned, homeless, abandoned, or have been abused. They give them a safe home, care, and the chance to get an education.

Their three children’s homes are a safe place for kids who really need help.

Because of the war in Ukraine, many lives have been turned upside down, but Tikva is still working hard to protect the most vulnerable children.

They are now supporting three different communities in three countries: children still in Odessa, children who were evacuated to safety in Bucharest, and graduates who are starting new lives in Israel.

I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to visit the orphanage in Bucharest, meet the children who are being helped by Tikva, and see for myself the difference this incredible charity makes for some of the most vulnerable Jewish children.

With our support, they can keep helping the children who need them most.

Please note that all the money raised goes directly to Tikva. The trip for me to visit has already been fully funded by my parents, so none of the donations will be used for my travel.
